For any seasonal transition we need plenty of grounded energy to help keep us centered as we shift gears, moving from one phase of the year into the next. In this practice we will generate plenty of heat in the body before moving into soothing and grounding stretches and restorative poses. We'll spend extra time releasing the hips and glutes-- it's a really great one if you're feeling stiff, tight, stressed, or burnt out.
