Today we're slowwwwing dowwwn. It's pisces season, mercury is retrograde, and we've got a lunar eclipse coming in hot on March 3rd… that's a lot of energy folks!
Class will be a slow float, finding smooth and hydrating movement pathways for the lymph and fascia, as well as slow grounding strength to help us feel sturdy amidst all the chaos of the cosmos and the world. You'll need a set of weights (I'm using a 5 lb set), and two blocks, a blanket and two pillows for comfy close.
