Part ass-centric pilates, part ballet basics, we love this class because it taps us into the ballet muscles which are so often overlooked in traditional exercise classes: the posterior chain, ie the back of the body, arms, and legs, and the external rotation of the hips. Ballet Class + Ass gets us walking tall and moving with confidence, and dang our booties feel strong!
