Chest, back, shoulders, arms, obliques, lats OH MY! This class focuses on strengthening the upper body and opening up the back and chest. This is a great one for opening up the body as we enter into the warmer months, a remedy for the hunching and scrunching we do to self-protect in the winter. It's spring time, so get ready to walk tall and proud, like a sunflower reaching for the sky <3 You'll need a long stretchy band (pair of tights or leggings could work), and a slider or a dishtowel.
