MODERN-ISH: Swishy Swoopy Melty Choreography for my Dancerinas

The name pretty much sums it up, but this class is choreography forward and is a good choice for movers with at least a little bit of formal dance experience! It's a sentimental one- the last class I ever filmed in our old space during the pandemic! This was filmed in fall of 2020 just before we moved out of our first studio. It's amazing to think back on where we were, all the uncertainty and chaos- and how far we've come. A testament to the fact that dance heals, and that with the support of community we can weather any storm, and come out stronger because we did it together. The song I'm dancing to is Kurt Vile's "Runner Ups" <3
