Gabi moved to Boston so you can't take class with her at the Brookyn studio anymore but you CAN take class with her here on GMTV and we are soooo happy about that. We chose this class with Gabi for this week bc it's perfect for a week that has a lot going on (and this week has A LOT GOING ON, astrologically and seasonally speaking: last push of winter, venus retrograde, mercury retrograde,etc etc.) This is a core centric class that brings just the right amount of heat and with the perfect blend of stretch and feel good movement in between the work.
