Not Your Mama’s Pilates! At GOOD MOVE, we love Pilates — but we don’t teach it the traditional way. PILATES PLUS combines Pilates foundations with functional strength, breathwork, fascia release, and fluid, dancerly movement. It’s challenging, creative, and designed to build strength, confidence, endurance, physical awareness, mobility, good posture, and grace.

Think of it as Pilates, but better. A workout that’s tough, low-impact, and uniquely GOOD MOVE.
