This Beyond Pilates sesh is one I made for myself after a few days of travel when my body was feeling sluggish and a little lethargic.
We’ll get the lymph moving with some soothing bouncing and shaking, soften tight and sticky fascia through resistance stretching, and ground ourselves with some weighted glute, leg, and arm work. 5-8 lb weights recommended but use whatever feels right for you!
