We're really at that last push of winter, and next week we'll be launching out of Pisces szn into Aries! This class is designed to help you feel grounded through the spring transition and to help you open up the body after what has been a very long winter for us on the east coast. It would also be a yummy one for anyone wanting a little more attention to opening up the chest, back and shoulders, while also building heat and strength in the core and lower body.
