Equipment needed: 2 balls
When the air is heavy and the energy is chaotic-- we need grounded practice. In this session we will generate plenty of heat in the body before moving into soothing and grounding stretches and restorative poses. We'll spend extra time releasing the hips and glutes-- it's a really great one if you're feeling stiff, tight, stressed, or burnt out.
