I actually designed this class to embrace the heat of the dog days of summer-- but I just did this yesterday, a freezing cold day, and its actually equally great for the season of hibernation. It's a slow, tender, and oh so juicy movement exploration with lot of mobility, some challenging repetition, some pilates strength, and a big helping of guided dancerly movement.
