This section is for the movers who are seeking soulful movement mediations. A sweet mix of our favorite medicines: a little guided movement improvisation, a little breath work, a little restore-- these classes are designed to help you get out of your head and drop into the wisdom of your heart and body. We'll use these tools to shift stagnant energy, re-set our nervous systems, and release anything that we're ready to let go of.
