    This one gives some tlc to our stiff and achey upper bodies for an immediate relief and opening up of any hunchy scrunchie contracted energy collecting between the shoulder blades in the upper back.

    Get that core activation and then some nice, juicy restorative poses. We recommend doing this to wind down from the day.
